I am a Hamburg-based cultural producer and artist manager working across music, culture and creative projects. My experience spans booking, live event production, artist management, curation, PR, partnerships and fundraising, with projects developed across Peru and Germany. I work with independent musicians, artists and cultural organisations to produce events, develop artists and build collaborations across creative communities. My work is rooted in connecting Latin American and European cultural scenes through music and collaborative production, while questioning the hegemonic aesthetics and structures that determine whose culture gets visibility, space and value.
I work at the intersection of cultural psychology, political theory and hands-on production. I read Gramsci and book venues. Culture is never just entertainment. It shapes how we see ourselves, each other and the world. I am interested in the spaces where culture, politics and everyday life meet, and in creating room for artists, ideas and cultural practices that the system tends to overlook.
Cumbia, for example, crosses borders that history once tried to keep apart, connecting African, Indigenous and Latin American cultural histories, while continuing to travel, transform and find new meanings across Europe.
